Dear Ventures,
I'm wanted to make this clear to everyone of you now. Please behave in front the Scouts. WE want them to be firm to be good to be discipline. But if their leader isn't setting good example, what the point punish them. Hope you understand what I trying say here. You can play but behind the scouts no in front of them.
Secondly, in future let us have one SPEAKER. Especially when passing down message, I don't want so many ventures to give the information to the scouts. Like the morning announcements, only one person speaks. Hope you able to understand what I’m talking here.
Next point which is relate to previous problem. Whenever there is someone speaking in front, can the rest of the ventures move to one side? So that scouts can focus. Since when you see when Mun Wai talks, all ventures stay directly behind him. We are either in the room or doing other stuff at one corner but definitely not in front the scouts or behind him.
Finally to the senior ventures, I'm sorry for shouting at you guys that time. You guys should know I mean. Justin, I’m sorry. But I would appreciate if you could keep the penis or anything that not relate to scout to yourself. You can say all you want but definitely not in front the scouts. They got ear, they got eyes. The reason why I scolded you that time is because even though I stand quite far away front you, I still able hear and see.
Surely, if you guy is not happy with the problem I posted. You can always write a comment to me. And I will publish and give you a reply for it. I'm serious for scout. I'm not sure about you; I dare to say that NCDCC is even better then us in some area. Don't you feel ashamed? They have less then 3 years history in Montfort, yet they can be better then us in some area. That what I feel at least. Hey guys, when things does not go our ways, if we are stuck with certain things, all we got to do is overcome it or find a better way. For example, Mun Wai say no pumping, we ask them run. Not foot drill, we do physical training. Come on, be creative and don’t stick with old system. This blog is for us. For us to voice out, for us to point out mistake and improve on it. Is not for me to voice out ONLY. Please, is time to get serious?

lol... i unds... haha... but i do need some time to unwind. i dunno how to put it. it may sound crude. but.. frankly, my life in jc has never been good. i am greatful that i have a saturday with my brothers. i really wish to treasure this time. my dad has been complaining about this and was asking of me to withdraw from scouts. i am having a tough time balancing it out. so maybe i will get a lil wild during meetings. hope u can unds.
Good, this the kind of attiude i one. Be honest, tell each other how we feel. Sure, i understand your effort. I Acknowledge that. So the rest of the senior ventures, Cherish the time we have now with each other. Sooner or later we might get seperate. But there is one thing which will hold us together. SCOUTS. So i really appreciate that you guys can always be improving. Whether is discipline wise we need to improve or skills wise.
I FEEL THAT U SHOULD JUST BE YOURSELF AND LEAVE OTHER PEOPLE'S MATTER ASIDE, U R NOT SIR, WE VENTURE HAVE EQUAL RANK. IF U NEED TO SETTLE SOME STUFFS, LET THE AUTHORITIES DO THE JOB, U JUST DO YOUR OWN JOB.

Brother, i'm here to apologise. i DUN wan to miss going through VLC with u all :D I'm really hot tempered... thought about the whole incident, and realised that a moment of folly can just ruin a four-year if we are not careful. sorry, just like Edison, and i've failed as a role model for the kids and the justin fans (quote from Edison). Thankful for the lesson learn, remembering the lessons, forgetting the hurt. :) Love u bro
Ok, I admit i did that before but surely not this year. But i dare say i did'nt did it this year at least. Furthermore, we have all agree to be serious beginning of this year right? I'm sorry for the past but i now wake up. I have no grudge against your post. I'm quite sure you know my character. Alright, so in future we need to be careful with our own action.
